Job Description – IT Admin cum Integration Specialist

Job Summary
We are looking for an IT Admin cum Integration Specialist to manage day-to-day IT operations, company devices, Zoho applications, and integration of various business platforms. The candidate should be capable of handling both IT administration and business application automation/integration.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and provide technical support for laptops, desktops, mobile phones, printers, networking devices, and other IT assets.
Maintain IT asset records, device allocation, repairs, AMC, warranties, software licenses, and subscriptions.
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, software, email, antivirus, and office applications.
Administer Zoho One applications, including Zoho Recruit, People, Mail, Forms, Expense, Creator, CRM, Flow, etc.
Manage users, roles, permissions, workflows, approvals, notifications, reports, and automation in Zoho.
Integrate different business platforms such as CRM, HRMS, ERP,



Recruitment, Payroll, Attendance, Transport/Logistics Portals, Finance Systems, and other SaaS applications.
Develop and maintain integrations using APIs, Webhooks, Zoho Flow, Deluge, and other integration tools.
Automate repetitive business processes and improve data flow between different applications.
Troubleshoot application, integration, API, and data synchronization issues.
Coordinate with software vendors and service providers for implementation, support, upgrades, and issue resolution.
Manage employee IT access, application accounts, onboarding/offboarding, and basic user training.
Prepare basic SOPs, user guides, system documentation, and IT records.
Required Skills
Zoho One – Mandatory
Knowledge of Zoho Flow, Creator, Deluge, APIs, and Webhooks.
Experience with business application integrations and automation.
Valuable knowledge of IT hardware, Windows, Microsoft Office, and basic networki
