You will own transition programs from initial strategy and planning through execution, handover, and stabilization.
Working closely with US and India-based teams, you will coordinate cross-functional and cross-cultural stakeholders across multiple time zones.

You will influence senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives, while ensuring expectations, timelines, and delivery outcomes remain aligned.

Accountabilities:
Develop comprehensive transition strategies and detailed execution plans covering scope, timelines, resources, dependencies, risks, and mitigation actions.
Lead end-to-end service and process transitions from client environments or incumbent providers through knowledge transfer, migration, operational handover, and stabilization.
Coordinate cross-functional, geographically distributed, and cross-cultural teams to ensure transitions are delivered smoothly and on schedule.
Build and lead high-performing transition teams, providing direction, coordination, and accountability throughout the transition lifecycle.
Partner closely with internal teams, clients, external stakeholders, and service providers to align expectations and maintain strong working relationships.
