We are a global enterprise organization managing complex systems across multiple business units. As we advance our application strategy and establish our IT Innovation Hub in Pune, India, we are seeking a Sr Developer, IT Applications to serve as a senior technical contributor within the Enabling vertical. This role is critical to managing and modernizing our ERP ecosystem,



reducing tool redundancies, and enabling scalable, efficient operations. The ideal candidate thrives in cross-functional collaboration, proactively identifies and resolves system bottlenecks, and delivers high-quality software solutions aligned with company and industry architecture and quality standards—making a meaningful impact in a patient-focused environment.
How you’ll make an impact:
Lead project development through execution of best practices in software development. Plan projects and activities with accountability for successful completion within scope and ensure that project deliverables are consistent with architecture, quality, and security policies
Lead the design, development and deployment of scalable technical solutions for the ERP ecosystems, including code optimization, reduction in customization, and AI-driven integrations, ensuring they are secure, performant, and adaptable to future need
