We are looking for an experienced Senior Edge Developer to join the Digital Team under Life Cycle Offerings. The ideal candidate will have robust hands-on capability across the full industrial edge and connected systems technology stack—edge computing, industrial connectivity, cloud computing, API integrations, data processing, and multi-language software development. This role involves architecting, developing, and maintaining edge-centric connected solutions that support our digital products and lifecycle offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Cloud-Native Architecture & Development (Primary Focus)
Design and build scalable,



cloud-native architectures for industrial IoT and connected solutions.
Implement event-driven, microservices-based, and distributed systems.
Develop solutions for:
Real-time data ingestion and streaming
Asynchronous messaging and event processing
API-first system design
Apply core cloud principles: scalability, resiliency, fault tolerance, and cost optimization.
Implement these solutions on Azure using services such as:
IoT Hub, DPS
Event Hub / Service Bus
Functions / App Services / Containers
API Management
Storage services
Connected Solution Development
Develop and maintain end-to-end edge-to-cloud solutions, integrating edge devices, gateways, and cloud services.
Build secure, scalable RESTful APIs and backend services.
Enable data pipelines for streaming and batch processing.
