What this job involves:
As a Senior Engineering Manager at JLL, you will drive excellence in preventive maintenance programs and asset lifecycle management while implementing cutting-edge technology solutions across multiple client locations. This strategic leadership role combines technical expertise with operational excellence, requiring you to standardize engineering practices, oversee critical environment management programs, and implement global initiatives that optimize costs and maximize asset performance.
You will play a pivotal role in JLL's commitment to delivering innovative facilities management solutions while ensuring seamless service delivery and supporting our clients' operational success through data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Lead preventive maintenance programs achieving highest standards while managing asset lifecycle costs and implementing energy conservation practices across client locations
Support CMMS technology tool implementation (Maximo, Corrigo, SAP) and drive contract/procurement management strategies for technical services including AMC contracts
Standardize engineering and operational procedures while leading Critical Environment Management (CEM) program implementation across the region
Conduct technical audits, review maintenance practices of M&E; contractors, and coordinate maintenance schedules and shutdowns with clients
