Job Description
Responsibilities: Lead and manage financial reporting processes, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of quarterly, annual, and statutory reports in compliance with accounting standards (US GAAP/IFRS). Conduct variance analysis and interpret financial statements to identify trends, provide insights, and support business decision-making. Collaborate closely with client leadership, maintaining strong relationships, ensuring SLA adherence, and driving high levels of customer satisfaction (VOC/NPS).
