Lead end-to-end procurement operations for multiple commercial properties across Gurugram, Delhi, and Chandigarh, ensuring uninterrupted availability of materials and services while meeting organizational cost, quality, and timeline objectives.
Manage the complete procurement lifecycle, including receipt and review of Purchase Requisitions (PRs), preparation and issuance of Requests for Quotation (RFQs), technical and commercial evaluation of quotations, comparative cost analysis, vendor negotiations,
recommendation of suppliers, Purchase Order (PO) creation, and order closure.
Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives for engineering, MEP, civil, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire & life safety, housekeeping, horticulture, façade maintenance, consumables, office supplies, and other facility management requirements.
Conduct commercial negotiations with vendors and contractors to achieve optimum pricing, favorable payment terms, extended warranties, delivery commitments, and contractual conditions while ensuring compliance with company procurement policies.
Execute, administer, and renew Annual Rate Contracts (ARCs), Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), and service agreements for various categories of materials and services, ensuring commercial competitiveness and uninterrupted service delivery.
