Assistant Facility Manager
Job Summary
The Assistant Facility Manager will support the Facility Manager in ensuring smooth and productive day-to-day operations of the facility. The role is responsible for managing technical services, soft services, transportation, food & beverage operations, vendor management, MIS reporting, compliance activities, and team coordination while maintaining high standards of service delivery, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Facility Operations
Support the Facility Manager in the overall management and operation of the site.
Ensure seamless delivery of all facility management services in accordance with organizational standards and SLAs.
Monitor daily operations and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with facility standards.
Technical Services Management
Supervise technical teams responsible for electrical, HVAC, UPS, DG, plumbing, fire & life safety systems.
Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance activities are completed as per schedule.
Track equipment performance and coordinate with vendors for breakdown management.
Support statutory compliance and maintenance audits.
Soft Services Management
Manage housekeeping, pantry, pest control, landscaping, and waste management services.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and workplace standards are maintained across the facility.
Conduct quality audit
