Role Overview
The Data Scientist / Software Developer will take ownership of a lead generation engine built using Kedro pipelines. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the solution remains reliable, maintainable, scalable, and continuously improved over time.
The role requires a strong foundation in Python, including hands-on experience working with Kedro, along with solid SQL skills and comfort working in modern data environments such as Databricks. The candidate should also be able to work effectively with Power BI dashboards and have the maturity and intuition to understand data deeply, identify issues proactively,



and drive meaningful enhancements.
Beyond maintenance and troubleshooting, this role is well suited for someone who is curious, takes ownership, enjoys problem-solving, and is eager to contribute to new initiatives involving machine learning and data science.
Key Responsibilities
· Own and manage the existing lead generation engine built on Kedro pipelines
· Refresh, update, maintain, and enhance the codebase to support evolving business needs
· Troubleshoot production and data pipeline issues, identify root causes, and implement durable fixes
· Resolve bugs, improve reliability, and ensure the solution remains stable and scalable
· Develop, optimize, and maintain Python-based data workflows and supporting application logic
