The position / About the Job:
The person should be responsible for providing customer total ownership for quotation, order processing, execution, communication & Invoicing for aftersales for Ocean Division (Ship management customer)
Efficiently handle enquiries and RFQs for marine services for Ocean customers, including government tenders and complex quotations.
Prepare government tenders in coordination with the external sales team and submit bids through the online portal (GEM portal).
Manage the order execution process, from order acknowledgment to deliveries from factories. Coordinate with central functions in Denmark and the Netherlands for accurate and timely quotations & orders.
Ensure timely submission of quotes for parts to Ocean customers.
Evaluate spare parts requirements against customer RFQs and suggest recommended parts with appropriate offers to meet customer needs.
