About the role:
As Manager, Global Funds Flow, you will play a critical role in shaping financial insights, governance, and decision support across global Funds Flow activities. This role partners closely with Finance, BPA, FRA, Tax, and business leaders to drive data-driven decision-making, strengthen Transfer Pricing and Funds Flow governance, and support strategic priorities across the organization.

You will combine solid financial acumen, analytical problem-solving, and stakeholder partnering capabilities to translate complex financial data into actionable insights. Job Description
Key Requirements
Lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis activities related to global Funds Flow operations.
Partner with Finance, BPA, FRA, Tax, and business stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations that support strategic and operational decision-making.




Support Funds Flow governance, Transfer Pricing processes, financial reviews, and business performance analysis.
Develop executive-ready dashboards, financial models, and management reports that highlight key trends, risks, opportunities, and performance drivers.
Conduct scenario modelling and ad hoc analyses to support business initiatives and leadership decisions.
Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant delivery of month-end reporting, planning cycles, forecasts, and management reports.
Drive simplification, standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes and reporting.
Build trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders and serve as a proactive finance advisor by providing insights and constructive challenge.
Collaborate effectively across Finance, Tax, BPA, FRA, and other cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes.
