About the Role
Develop, manage & execute a customer-focused content publishing strategy for assigned medical reference products. Clearly define the content development plan per portfolio. This includes developing content, determining format, multimedia components, revision frequency & current products. Accountable for developing, managing and achieving budget, schedule, reporting & contract negotiation.




Responsibilities
Having the ability to anticipate content rendering issues and guide authors in preparing content for maximum benefit to customers.
Planning and developing content for electronic and print delivery that meets market needs, is and increases product market share.
Advising on content writing and development to yield best online discovery. Participates in planning and implementation of content delivery and updates for ClinicalKey, Expert Consult, and other platforms.
Developing and communicates guidelines for writers regarding content and e-content enhancements, formats and extent, number of illustrations, and reference style;
Reviewing all stages of writing to ensure that guidelines have been followed. Monitors budget, and works with writers to correct deviations from plan/vision.
