Job Summary




The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, supporting financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Responsibilities

Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including AP, AR, and general ledger entries.
Process and validate vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and customer receipts.
Prepare customer invoices and related documentations for domestic as well export shipments
Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash and bank transactions.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities and financial reporting.
Support GST, TDS, and statutory compliance activities.
Coordinate with auditors, vendors, customers, and internal departments.
Prepare accounting schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
