We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager in role of AGM/DGM to manage strategic customer accounts with end-to-end logistics requirements across global trade lanes. The role involves overseeing commercial and operational aspects of key accounts, ensuring seamless execution of international freight forwarding services, and building long-term relationships with customers and overseas partners. The ideal candidate should possess robust expertise in Ocean Freight, Air Freight, multi modal transportation, and project logistics while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and operational excellence. The role will require exposure to manage businesses of 100-150 crores annually. The incumbent is expected to be a dynamic person with leadership ability and should be able to manage businesses in different geographies. Knowledge of contracts is preferred but not essential.

Key Responsibilities
Manage assigned key customer accounts by overseeing end-to-end freight forwarding operations from booking to final delivery.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers,



ensuring timely communication, issue resolution, and proactive account management.
Coordinate international shipments across multiple origins including India, China, Vietnam, Europe, Indonesia, and other global sourcing locations.
Handle complex shipments destined for Africa, Oceania, South America, and other international markets while ensuring compliance with local regulations and trade requirements.
Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with customers, overseas agents, carriers, and logistics partners.
Lead daily logistics operations to ensure timely shipment execution, documentation accuracy, and service quality.
Collaborate with internal departments including Operations, Sales, Customs Clearance, Finance, Warehousing, and Customer Service to ensure seamless execution.
