This role is responsible for translating market demand into accurate, actionable supply plans across a complex distribution network. You will manage rolling three-month forecasts across 150+ SKUs at SKU-depot level, combining statistical models with commercial inputs. The position sits at the intersection of demand planning, supply planning, sales, and operations, requiring solid stakeholder management and analytical judgment. You will play a key role in S&OE; and integrated business planning processes, identifying risks and opportunities and driving timely actions. Your work will directly influence product availability, inventory health, forecast accuracy, and customer service levels. The environment is fast-paced and highly collaborative, with significant exposure to cross-functional decision-making.

Accountabilities:
Develop rolling three-month forecasts using statistical models and commercial inputs for 150+ SKUs at SKU-depot level.
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Central Demand, and other stakeholders to incorporate new product introductions, seasonal trends, and market intelligence into baseline forecasts.
Review and refine short-term demand plans, including SKU/location mix and weekly pacing, and provide finalized detailed demand plans to Supply Planning teams.
Contribute to the demand management cycle within the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process and support market-level strategy and planning discussions.
Partner closely with Supply Planning to maximize warehouse availability and support supply and deployment planning across child warehouses.
