Role Overview
We are looking for experienced Senior Medical Writers to support product launch activities across key regional growth markets. This role requires solid expertise in localized medical communication, with a deep understanding of regional language nuances, healthcare systems, and regulatory environments. The ideal candidate can translate complex scientific data into market-relevant, culturally aligned, and compliant content for HCPs and patients.

Key responsibilities

Develop, review, and adapt medical content for target regional and international markets (Israel, Middle East/MENA).
Support product launch communication including pre-launch, launch, and post-launch assets.
Create and localize content across formats (visual aids, slide decks, emailers, websites, brochures, patient materials, video scripts).
Ensure content aligns with local language, cultural context, and market expectations.




Interpret and summarize clinical and scientific data into clear narratives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (medical, strategy, creative, digital).
Ensure scientific accuracy and compliance with regional regulations.
Participate in client discussions and provide market-specific insights.

Qualifications
Master's degree or higher in Life Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, or related field.
5+ years of experience in medical writing or medical communications.
Experience supporting Middle Eastern or international pharma markets.
Understanding of local regulatory and compliance frameworks.
Experience in product launch communications.

Nice-to-have
Experience with regional regulatory guidelines (local health authority codes).
Exposure to multilingual content workflows (e.g., Veeva).
Experience working with regional affiliates.

Must-have skills
Expertise in local market nuances (at least 1-2 of the listed target countries/r
