Assist with the following for multiple clients:-

Maintain up-to-date financial records and statements
Month-end closing preparation and reporting
Prepare Monthly and quarterly Balance Sheet account reconciliation
Review monthly accounts payable, accounts receivable and accruals.
Review general and standard journal entries and ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded.
Manage payroll process
Prepare internal financial reports and analysis.
Prepare Federal and state tax returns
Research on tax-related matters on a need basis

Education and Experience:-

Accounting graduate
Pursuing CPA or CA (optional)
5+ years of experience required
Experience in financial audit with an accounting or advisory firm (some experience in Big 4 - preferred)
Detail-oriented and multi-tasking
Motivated self-starter
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
