Role Overview: As a MEP - Corporate Fit out at JLL, you'll oversee the end-to-end delivery of commercial interior fit out projects.
Your role will be crucial in translating client visions into reality, ensuring exceptional quality, sustainability, and value throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex fitout projects for diverse clients
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
Collaborate with designers, architects, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution
Implement sustainable fitout practices aligned with JLL's ESG goals and client requirements
Manage client relationships, ensuring transparent communication and expectation alignment
