Job Description
Provide reporting and analytics support for advisor practices by managing regular reports,



dashboards, scorecards, and data distribution. Collect, clean, reconcile, and validate data from approved sources such as CRM, pipeline, activity, and prospect tracking systems. Generate weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports, identify data quality issues and trends, and ensure reporting accuracy. Customize reports for advisors, teams, and leadership, create professional communications, maintain reporting templates and documentation, support automation and process improvements, and collaborate with leadership to enhance KPIs and reporting processes as business needs evolve.
