The opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Manager to lead and support the delivery of Financial Crime operations within EY Global Delivery Services (GDS). The role covers multiple Financial Crime processes, including Client Due Diligence (CDD), Sanctions Screening, and related compliance activities.
The successful candidate will combine strong Financial Crime expertise with proven people leadership skills.
This role requires someone who can manage operational performance, develop teams, engage with global stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement in a complex, fast-paced environment.
As part of the GDS Financial Crime team, you will play a key role in maintaining high-quality delivery, strengthening operational consistency, and supporting the ongoing optimization of Financial Crime processes across the organization.
Your key responsibilities
Lead and oversee the day-to-day delivery of multiple Financial Crime operations.
Manage operational performance against agreed KPIs, SLAs, quality targets, productivity measures, and risk requirements.
Lead, coach, develop, and mentor team members while fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
Drive workforce planning, capacity management, and workload allocation to ensure effective service delivery.
