John Cockerill is looking for a Digital Workplace Community Manager to join its Global Digital Workplace team in Mumbai. In this role, you will support the adoption of Microsoft 365, collaboration platforms, and AI-powered workplace solutions across our international organisation.
You will act as a bridge between technology and business users, helping employees embrace recent ways of working, improve productivity, and drive digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Community Management & Employee Engagement

Create and publish engaging content such as articles, newsletters, videos, user stories, tips, and best practices related to digital workplace tools.
Manage and animate Digital Workplace communities, champion networks, and collaboration forums.
Foster engagement and encourage knowledge sharing across various business functions and geographical regions.
