This role offers the opportunity to manage end-to-end recruitment for permanent internal positions within a fast-paced, growing organization.
You’ll partner closely with hiring managers and department leaders to understand workforce needs and define compelling candidate profiles.
From proactive sourcing and screening to interviews, offers, and onboarding, you’ll have ownership across the full recruitment lifecycle.
You’ll build strong talent pipelines using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, internal networks, and other sourcing channels.
The role also places a strong emphasis on candidate experience, inclusive hiring, and data-driven recruitment strategies.
You’ll use ATS and HR analytics tools to track performance, identify trends, and continuously improve hiring outcomes.

Accountabilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for permanent internal roles, including job postings, sourcing, candidate screening, interviews, offer negotiations, and coordination through onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers and department leaders to understand workforce requirements, define job specifications, create effective job descriptions, and establish clear candidate profiles.
Proactively source qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, internal talent networks, and other recruitment channels.
Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates to support both immediate openings and future workforce requirements.
Deliver a professional and engaging candidate experience through timely communication, feedback, interview coordination, and consistent follow-up.
