Job Description:
Position: Architecture (Full Time)
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture and Design Coordinator with a strong background in High Rise residential building projects. As the you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the design process, ensuring that all architectural aspects of the project are executed to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the design team to develop and implement architectural plans for High Rise residential buildings.
- Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure the successful execution of the design.
- Review and approve architectural drawings, specifications, and materials to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project team and stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that the design is being implemented correctly and according to specifications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.




- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Architecture and Design Coordination, with a focus on High Rise residential building projects.
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
