Team Overview
Team is responsible for ensuring the stability, availability, performance, and operational excellence of critical business applications and platforms.
The team manages production Workplace, incident resolution, deployments, monitoring, automation initiatives, capacity planning, and operational improvements that enable seamless delivery of services to customers and business stakeholders.
Through collaboration with development, infrastructure, and business teams, the team plays a key role in supporting TransUnion's commitment to delivering reliable and data-driven solutions. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
Role Overview And Core Responsibilities
This position is a backfill for a critical team member who has moved on from the organization. The role exists to ensure continued operational stability, support,



and enhancement of business-critical platforms and data processing systems while maintaining service levels and driving operational excellence.
Ensure high application availability and system reliability for critical business platforms.
Improve operational efficiency through automation and process optimization.
Support business growth by maintaining scalable and performant application environments.
Monitor and resolve production incidents within defined SLA timelines to reduce system downtime.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures to minimize repeat incidents.
Automate manual operational tasks to improve efficiency and reduce turnaround time.
Support deployments, patching, and infrastructure changes with minimal business disruption.
Track and improve key operational metrics such as availability, incident volume, MTTR (Mean Time to Resolution), and system performance
