About this Position
The Head - Business Development, IMEA General Manufacturing & Maintenance (GMM) Business, will drive profitable growth across Turkey, India, and GCC markets by expanding existing business, identifying current market opportunities, and developing strategic growth initiatives. The role partners closely with Sales, Application Engineering, Marketing, and Regional Leadership teams to execute growth strategies, build a strong project pipeline, and enhance customer engagement through value-based, solution-oriented selling. Success in this role requires strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams in a multicultural environment.
What you´ll do
Drive profitable growth across the General Manufacturing & Maintenance (GMM) Business segment in Turkey, India, and GCC markets.
Develop and execute regional growth strategies aligned with business objectives.
Identify and capture new business opportunities, emerging markets, and growth platforms.




Expand strategic accounts and build a strong pipeline to drive revenue growth.
Lead specification-in activities, product approvals, and customer qualification processes.
Build and strengthen relationships with OEMs, end-users, consultants, EPCs, and channel partners.
Support key projects from opportunity identification through commercialization.
Leverage market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer trends to drive growth initiatives.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Application Engineering, Product Management, and Supply Chain teams to deliver business goals.
Align regional strategies with country-level execution and support business planning and forecasting.
Lead and coach regional and country teams on account management, pipeline development, and value-based selling.
Drive capability-building and process improvement initiatives to enhance commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
