Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, with deep proficiency in at least one modern programming language.
3+ years of engineering management experience, directly managing software engineers.
Proven track record of delivering complex software products on time and at scale.
Solid technical foundation with the ability to review code, engage in architecture discussions, and make informed technical trade-offs.
Excellent communication skills,



with the ability to present technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and with modern software delivery tooling (Jira, GitHub/GitLab, CI/CD pipelines).
Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and retain strong engineering talent.
Familiarity with cloud-native platforms and microservices-based design patterns.
Exposure to resiliency engineering, observability, and high-availability systems.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience building and delivering digital products, platforms, and customer-facing applications within large-scale enterprise environments.
Strong understanding of digital channels, customer experience, omnichannel engagement, and digital transformation initiatives, particularly within financial services.
Experience designing, developing, and integrating API-driven, event-driven, and cloud-native architectures to enable scalable digital capabilities.
