Responsibilities:
Performs workforce analytics, monitoring, assessing, and analyzing and/or evaluating workforce data.
Performs short- and long-term capacity planning analysis.



Make judgments and formulates recommendations on policies, procedures or practices.
Independently identifies capacity issues and recommends solutions.
Apply good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the goals of the area.
