About this role
As a Accounting Leader located in India Finance Airoli Navi Mumbai you will be responsible for the Cost accounting activities as a team lead. This lead position will assist delivering high quality deliverables to the global cost organization in compliance with Dow work process
Key Responsibilities
Assist the site cost Leader in implementing the functional and organizational strategy and supplement in achieving the functional and organizational goals.
Serves as first-line leader for a team of young and agile professionals.
Sets priorities for team to meet operational objectives and complete assigned tasks
Possesses expertise Knowledge of operational business practices and similar experience with multinational organization in shared service model
Understands how to apply established practices and coordinate activities of multiple teams to improve efficiency.
