Key Responsibilities • Generate qualified business leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, digital marketing, networking, and referrals. • Build and maintain relationships with SME owners, startup founders, CXOs and professional partners and Accelerators • Speak confidently with prospective clients to understand their requirements and schedule meetings for senior consultants. • Coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, WhatsApp, email, and other online platforms. • Create engaging marketing content • Assist in organizing webinars, seminars, networking events, and business forums. • Maintain CRM, track lead status, and ensure timely follow-ups. • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industries, investors, and strategic partners. • Coordinate with designers, digital marketing agencies, and content writers for branding initiatives. • Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly marketing reports.

Requirements
Required Skills • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Confident in speaking with business owners, founders,



and senior executives. • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts. • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn marketing, email marketing, and social media platforms. • Positive writing skills for business communication and marketing content. • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Canva, AI content tools, or basic graphic design will be an added advantage. • Organized, proactive, and result-oriented.

Benefits
Preferred Candidate • B.Com (Mandatory) • MBA in Marketing or equivalent qualification is preferred. • 0–2 years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, Digital Marketing, or Corporate Client Acquisition. • Experience in consulting, CA firms, legal firms, financial services, B2B services, SaaS, or professional services will be preferred. • Fresh graduates with exceptional communication skills and digital marketing exposure may also apply.
