This is a senior individual contributor role focused on turning marketing activity into measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
You will own the mechanics of demand generation, including nurture strategy, CRM operations, scoring, intent intelligence, and conversion tracking.
Working across global marketing, sales, ABM, field marketing, content, and brand teams, you will connect data, technology, and commercial strategy.
The role combines hands-on execution with strategic thinking, giving you ownership of workflows, attribution models, dashboards, and optimisation initiatives.
You will use performance insights to identify opportunities, improve conversion, and guide investment decisions at a senior level.
The position operates within a remote, async-first global environment where transparent documentation, proactive communication, and autonomy are essential.

Accountabilities:
Own the end-to-end email nurture strategy, including audience segmentation, commercial copy, sequencing, triggers, branching logic, timing, testing, and optimisation across warm, cold, and lapsed audiences.
Build, maintain, and document marketing and sales automation workflows, ensuring processes and business rules remain clear, scalable, and effective.
Manage CRM operations across platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce, including segmentation, lifecycle stages, data hygiene, and pipeline management.
Develop and maintain lead- and account-scoring models aligned with ideal customer profiles and observable buying signals.
Operate intent and enrichment data platforms to identify in-market accounts, build and prioritise target account lists, and surface relevant opportunities
