Your Role at Relatient:
We're looking for a Technical Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting at Relatient, with a primary focus on technical hiring. You will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent, managing candidate pipelines, maintaining stakeholder communication, tracking recruiting metrics, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience from intake through offer stage.
Our office is located in Amar Tech Park, with a hybrid schedule of three days in the office and two days remote each week.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
Lead full-desk recruitment for assigned requisitions, including intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, offer support, and dispositioning.




Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and stakeholders, especially technical leaders, to clarify role requirements, align on hiring strategy, and manage recruiting expectations.
Source, engage, and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS databases, referrals, professional networks, and other sourcing channels.
Recruit primarily for technical roles while supporting non-technical hiring needs when workload, business priorities, or team capacity require additional support.
Help support recruiting operations, including coordination with local stakeholders and alignment to role-specific market and business needs.
Maintain timely and accurate candidate activity, requisition updates, notes, dispositions, and reporting within the Applicant Tracking System.
Use recruiting dashboards, reports, and pipeline data to communicate status, identify bottlenecks, and support hiring decisions.
