Job Description
The Senior Proposal Engineer develops technical and commercial proposals for the assessment, design, implementation, and management of Solutions and Services offerings tailored to customer needs.
You will support Rockwell Automation Lifecycle Services' business and financial goals by delivering compliant, high-quality proposals. As a subject matter expert,



the Senior Proposal Engineer collaborates with Sales, Departments, distributor and teams across the region to explain the value of Rockwell Automation's portfolio.
Your Responsibilities:
Proposal Development & Execution
Lead the development of detailed, customized proposals for Industrial Automation, Drives, Networks, and cybersecurity Services.
Accomplish proposal activities including technical assessment, risk identification and mitigation, proposal generation, approvals, and order entry.
Ensure proposals meet defined margin and compliance requirements.
Deliver accurate, qualified proposals within expected timeframes.
Collaboration & Communication
Work with Sales, Solution Consultants, Engineering, Field Services, Operations, Commercial & Negotiation (C&N;), Finance, and Credit Management teams.
Be a primary contact for Sales and Teams during the proposal phase.
Address customer queries and provide technical clarifications.
