Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Lead to manage and drive a sales team in the SIP/Mutual Fund investment domain. The ideal candidate should have strong team-handling, sales, customer relationships, and leadership skills, along with a good understanding of SIPs and investment products.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly business targets.
Drive mutual fund sales, SIP registrations, and customer acquisition.
Manage leads, follow-ups, conversions, and customer onboarding.
Monitor team performance, sales pipeline, and conversion rates.
Train the team on product pitching, objection handling, and closing techniques.
Handle key customers and support the team in closing high-value leads.
Develop strategies to improve sales conversion and team productivity.
Maintain daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and performance dashboards.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships for long-term investments.

Requirements
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in Mutual Funds,



Wealth Management, Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, or FinTech.
Minimum 1 year of experience in team handling and sales leadership.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, convincing, and closing skills.
Good understanding of Mutual Funds, SIPs, and investment products.
Strong customer relationship and team management skills.
