Candidate should have excellent troubleshooting knowledge in Windows, VMware, Linux, Unix, networking and contact center devices, applications. Strong knowledge in IT Infrastructure monitoring, specifically on servers, network, cloud, Contact center (Voice) components. Needs to lead the L1 and L1.5 team who are working on incident, Service request and Change for Network infra (router, switches, Wireless AP, Wireless LAN controller and Meraki appliances), Server infra with Windows, VMware, Linux, Unix operating system, Cloud operations and Contact center operations.

Candidate should respond or his/her team should respond immediately on the infrastructure s incidents which comes through event management and provide resolution within the agreed SLA. Needs to coordinate with various internal teams, external vendor, and service provider to fix Infrastructure related Level 1 / L2 incidents and Service Requests.
