Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Assistant Manager - Soft Services to support the effective delivery of workplace and facility management services across a corporate environment. The role is responsible for overseeing soft services operations, including housekeeping, security, landscaping, waste management, reception, catering, and employee support services. Working closely with internal stakeholders and vendor partners,
the incumbent will help ensure a safe, clean, and engaging workplace experience while maintaining compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Vendor & Service Partner Management
Monitor and manage the performance of service providers and contractors, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and contractual commitments.
Conduct regular vendor reviews and drive corrective actions to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
Facility Operations & Quality Assurance
Perform routine site inspections, audits, and workplace walkthroughs to ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and facility presentation.
Identify improvement opportunities and implement best practices to enhance workplace experience.
