Assess expertise across ServiceNow areas including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, and platform development, based on the requirements of each assessment.
Apply and continuously refine structured evaluation frameworks to ensure assessments are consistent, rigorous, and aligned with technical requirements.
