This is a senior regional tax leadership role responsible for overseeing tax matters across the APAC region within a fast-moving global organization. You will act as the primary tax advisor for regional operations, balancing compliance, strategic planning, and business support. The role covers a broad range of tax areas, including international, direct, indirect, corporate, and personal taxation. You will partner with local teams, external advisors, global tax stakeholders, and tax authorities to manage complex matters and mitigate risk. You will also help shape tax strategies for current products, services, commercial arrangements, and business initiatives. Accountabilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for tax matters across the APAC region,



providing clear guidance and coordinating regional tax activities.
Oversee tax compliance activities by working closely with local teams and external tax advisors to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality filings and reporting.
Provide practical internal tax advice across international, direct, indirect, corporate, and personal taxation matters.
Advise business teams on the tax implications of commercial transactions, contractual arrangements, new products, services, and other strategic initiatives.
Identify tax planning opportunities and implement appropriate optimization strategies while maintaining alignment with the broader global tax structure and objectives.
Partner with the global tax function to ensure consistency, effective knowledge sharing, and alignment between regional and global tax strategies.
