Position Summary

The Study Data Analyst is responsible for the strategic, contractual and relationship management activities with respect to outsourcing, preferred service suppliers and performance/resource monitoring within Data Science and Clinical Systems.



This role involves interaction with a team of performance and outsourcing experts to ensure that the resourcing model and performance monitoring tools are at the top of industry standards with respect to quality, performance, cost, and timelines.
Responsibilities:
Support Sr. Director, Service Delivery in developing an outsourcing and performance management strategy, with a particular focus on the areas of Data Management and Clinical Systems.
Approving access and account provisioning request for CROs as N+1 manager
Managing on-boarding, off-boarding and change request for CROs
Maintaining global CRO staff list for Data strategy and management centrally
Assigning training curricula to the CRO staff as role and requirement
Running monthly training compliance report for CROs and publish the same.
Conducting quarterly meetings with CRO managers to discuss training compliance and gaps.
Basic Qualification
