This is a senior procurement leadership role focused on shaping and executing strategic sourcing programs across key indirect spend categories.
You will influence category strategy, supplier selection, commercial negotiations, and cost optimization across a global organization.
The role combines hands-on sourcing expertise with strong financial, analytical, and stakeholder management capabilities.
You will partner closely with business leaders to understand roadmaps, develop sourcing pipelines, and maximize supplier value.
The position also offers the opportunity to lead complex procurement transformation and Source-to-Pay improvement initiatives.

Accountabilities:
Develop and execute cost-saving strategies across indirect procurement categories, with a primary focus on software, sales and marketing, external workforce, qualified services, HR, events, and travel.
Build category strategies and sourcing pipelines by partnering with stakeholders to understand business priorities, roadmaps, spending requirements, and supplier needs.
Research industry trends, competitive dynamics, pricing structures, and supplier markets to provide informed recommendations on sourcing and supplier optimization.
Lead complex contract negotiations and supplier renegotiations, balancing total cost of ownership, savings objectives, business requirements, and stakeholder priorities.
Manage supplier selection, qualification, consolidation, and performance improvement initiatives to maximize value and maintain strong service levels.
