Position Summary
You will manage financial controls, Purchase order oversight, and reporting to support better decision making for R&D; services . You will work closely with finance, procurement, and technology partners to ensure accurate financial records and timely insights. Responsibilities:
This role will give you the opportunity to lead key activities and develop your finance career. In this position, you will:
Maintain and review financial records, reconciliations, and month-end close activities to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Prepare clear financial summaries, variance analyses, and management reports for stakeholders, with a focus on purchase orders and invoices.
Partner with Procurement and Category teams to validate spend, contracts, and supplier financial data.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost monitoring projects with timely data and insights.
Help improve financial controls, processes, and documentation to reduce risk and increase efficiency.
