To support members of the CPL India Division Sales Team, in all areas of their commercial activities with any tasks related to the business development and the sales growth of the division.Tasks and Responsibilities

Handle internal enquiries via telephone & email
Be thorough and clear in all communication
Pay excellent attention to detail

General Duties

Support the Account Manager in all areas of their commercial activities
Handle with customer enquiries and requests via telephone/email
Raise sample requests and send samples to the customers or contract manufacturers
Work closely with internal departments across different functions
Organise presentations and quote letters
Keep customer records, pricing and requirements up-to-date
Support the Account Manager with customer complaints – internally & externally
Work with Microsoft Office and Product Vision to manage projects and administrative tasks
Support the Account Manager organising and co-ordinating customer meetings
Support the Account Manager in managing Regulatory enquiries (documents, specific enquiries)
