Job Description:
At Fluence's Global Innovation Center (GIC), we're building stronger connections across teams, functions, and geographies to accelerate innovation and deliver greater impact for our customers.
We're looking for an AI-native Community Builder, Story Miner, and Content Creator who is excited about uncovering stories, connecting people, and bringing complex initiatives to life through compelling communications.
This role will support two strategic internal communications initiatives:
Synergy Circle – a community-driven platform focused on cross-functional collaboration and integration.




The GIC Integration Blog – a biweekly storytelling platform that highlights how teams across Fluence are working together to solve challenges, improve processes, and drive business outcomes.
The intern will work closely with leaders across Engineering, Supply Chain, Services, Enterprise Operations, Digital, HR, Finance, and other functions to identify stories, create content, and sustain engagement across the GIC.
What You'll Do
Community Building & Engagement
Support the planning and execution of Synergy Circle activities and engagement programs.
Help foster connections across teams by identifying collaboration stories, emerging themes, and cutting-edge ideas.
Coordinate with stakeholders to collect updates, success stories, lessons learned, and areas where teams seek support from the broader organization.
Maintain a pipeline of integration stories and community-driven content opportunities.
