Job Description
Associate - Accounts Receivable (Cash Application)
Role Summary
Responsible for cash application, payment processing, reconciliations, dispute support, reporting and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
• Process and post customer payments
• Perform bank and customer account reconciliations
• Support dispute resolution and collections
• Maintain SOPs and audit data
• Meet KPIs and SLAs
• Drive process improvements
Qualifications
Graduate in Commerce/Finance preferred.
Experience
Relevant years of experience in AR/Cash Application; SAP preferred.
Skills
Accounting knowledge, Excel, communication, analytical skills, customer focus.
