Role OverviewAre you a high-energy marketer who believes content should drive real revenue—not just thumbs-ups and vanity clicks?At Jaggaer, we are looking for a gritty, ambitious Content & Social Media Strategist to take ownership of our brand narrative across digital channels. Reporting directly to the Director of Digital Marketing,



you will act as both a hands-on creator and a strategic orchestrator. You will personally author high-impact content, manage our agency partners, run our social media channels, and partner with leadership to shape our next-generation AI SEO strategy.
Principal Responsibilities
What You’ll Do? Content Strategy & Production (50%)• Hands-on Creation: Author compelling, high-converting content across various formats (case studies, whitepapers, blogs, video scripts, web copy).• Agency Management: Direct and hold accountable third-party content agencies, ensuring output aligns with brand voice, quality standards, and delivery deadlines.• Content Engine: Manage the editorial calendar from end to end, turning complex B2B supply chain/procurement ideas into explicit, engaging stories.
