Summary
The Accounts Payable I will be assist in compiling and maintaining accounts payable records and assisting with monthly closing processes, annual audit, and special projects.
Duties and Responsibilities

Review and process invoices, expense reports, and check request.
Reconcile monthly vendor statements.
Maintain vendor files & answer all vendor inquiries.
Prepare accounts payable checks.
Print all accounts payable reports and maintain all accounts payable files.
Process annual 1099 forms.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

High School Graduate or completion of GED required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Strong mathematical and analytical skills necessary.
Must possess robust organizational skills and attention to detail
