What would you do? The Learning Admin – is responsible for end-to-end learning administration and scheduling support for Learning & Development programs. The role ensures accurate coordination of training schedules, LMS administration,
resource allocation, and stakeholder communication. This position acts as a subject matter expert in learning operations, supporting smooth delivery of learning programs while maintaining compliance, quality, and data accuracy.
What are we looking for? "• Relevant years of experience in Learning Administration, Scheduling, or Learning Operations. • Prior experience in a shared services, L&D;, HR operations, or service delivery setting preferred. • Exposure to LMS platforms is mandatory. Exposure of working with Australian client in airline sector. " •• Bachelor’s degree (B.A / B.Com / B.Sc / B.Tech or equivalent). •"Must be open to Australian shift timings: (9 am to 5 pm) Australian time" "• Strong understanding of Learning Administration and Scheduling processes. • Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems • Advanced MS Excel and MS Office skills for data analysis and reporting. •
