Role Responsibilities

As an Engineering Manager in Hyderabad, India, you will lead the development of our next-generation Global KYC platform. You will lead a team building mission-critical technology that enables customer verification, regulatory compliance, intelligent risk assessment, and onboarding automation for millions of customers globally. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys building both exceptional software and exceptional teams. In addition to this, you will perform the role below -
Lead, coach, and grow a team of high-performing software engineers and technical leaders.
Drive development of scalable KYC capabilities supporting onboarding, due diligence, identity verification , and customer risk assessments.
Partner closely with Product, Compliance, Financial Crime, Operations, and Risk teams to transform regulatory requirements into customer-centric technology solutions. Deliver services which enable rapid and effective integration with multiple 3rd party verification partners.
Define and execute the technology roadmap for a contemporary cloud-native,



API-first, event-driven platform.
Champion engineering excellence through architecture reviews, automation, observability, testing, and operational maturity.
Drive modernization initiatives that improve onboarding efficiency, platform scalability, security, and compliance readiness.
Accelerate adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices and intelligent compliance workflows.
Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Balance product delivery, regulatory commitments, platform investments, and technical debt management.
Communicate technology strategy, roadmap progress, risks, and opportunities to senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
Role Requirements
12+ years of professional experience with 4+ years in a leadership role
Proven experience delivering enterprise applications in Agile environments
Strong expertise in Java (17/21 preferred) ,
