Iron Mountain is seeking a proactive and assertive Assistant Manager (Supervisor) to join our Records and Information Management (RIM) team. In this role,



you will be responsible for supervising and managing operations across 4–5 warehouse sites, ensuring absolute compliance with established processes and statutory audit requirements.
You will lead a diverse team of Operations Executives, driving a customer-oriented culture that prioritizes high-quality service delivery and operational excellence across multiple facilities.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
Drive Multi-Site Operational Excellence: Oversee core Records and Information Management (RIM) activities—including retrieval, scanning, and racking—across 4–5 facilities while optimizing manpower to achieve daily productivity targets.
Manage Performance and Reporting: Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and facility scorecards by analyzing complex data through Management Information Systems (MIS) and Google Sheets to identify cost-reduction opportunities.
