As a Canada Tax P&S; Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through their tax obligations, helping them manage the impact of tax on their business. You will act as a strategic consultant, advising on local and international tax affairs, business analysis, and profit-sharing strategies. Within our Tax practice, you will focus on enhancing tax functions to control risk and facilitate better decision-making,
ultimately supporting businesses in achieving optimal corporate tax practices.
As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards, motivating and inspiring others to deliver quality. You will coach team members, leveraging their strengths to meet client expectations. With your growing business knowledge, you will identify opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm, embracing technology and innovation to enhance delivery.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Kolkata, you will develop solutions and recommendations using multiple sources of information, including broader stakeholder views.
