Therapy Manager - Dermatology
Drive awareness, adoption, and sustained demand for HPV vaccination in dermatology by educating dermatologists and allied skin-care providers, integrating vaccination workflows into clinics, and meeting territory sales targets through scientific detailing, customer-focused selling, and disciplined account management.
Maintain solid customer focus and industry knowledge; plan call frequency and personally visit targeted doctors per the agreed coverage list. As part of our sales team, you will provide clinical and educational information, training programs, and resources to help healthcare providers and systems achieve patient outcomes.
Your role is critical to advancing medical breakthroughs that benefit future generations, and we rely on your skills and inventiveness to make meaningful contributions.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Map and segment dermatology accounts (A/B/C) across private clinics, hospital dermatology departments, cosmetology chains, dermato-surgery centers, and STD clinics; define coverage and frequency using potential data.




Imbibe the product related features/benefits including scientific information thereto, so as to effectively communicate with the medical doctors and handle product related customer queries
Translate clinical evidence into clear, practice-relevant messages for dermatologists, dermato-surgeons, cosmetology clinics, and allied providers; handle product-related queries and objections with approved data.
Utilize customer focused selling techniques (CFSP), continually assessing the knowledge of the customer and strategize to maintain high customer confidence and customer knowledge of company products.
Maintain current, approved protocol (CSSP) and promotional materials to be included in sales presentation/ detailing.
Contact customers on regular basis and deliver informative sales presentations based on customers need.
Explore opportunities to develop new business in the assigned therapy area.
